A little about me
Hello my name is Alborz and I’m an experienced, ACA accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor having completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Deakin University before undertaking my Masters at Monash University. It is my hope that we can work together towards healing and creating a healthier state of mind for you. This will in turn lead to a happier, healthier, more peaceful and fulfilling life overall. I am here to listen to you and allow you to express all of your deepest needs, fears, dreams and desires. Through various forms of psychotherapy, with a keen focus on Mindfulness based interventions, I aim to help guide you towards properly understanding and controlling your mind. My specialties are; anger management and emotional regulation, anxiety, both general and social, depression, and personal issues stemming from past trauma. It is my hope that with time we are able to nurture a stable state of mind grounded in a degree of mental mastery, accompanied by a steady, tranquil mood devoid of any sudden, unwanted fluctuations. The first call is always free, so please don’t hesitate to reach out and get a sense for our compatibility. I look forward to meeting you and commencing our healing journey together!
